Natural Face Lift (NFL)
Based on Ayurvedic techniques, this is a very light non-invasive and highly relaxing treatment concentrating on your face, neck and shoulders.
During our daily lives the muscles in our face suffer from stress and tension just like any other muscle in our body, restricting the healthy supply of oxygen and other nutrients. The NFL treatment works on the energy meridians in your face, releasing these blockages and promoting the healthy flow of oxygen through the circulatory system. It helps to flush away toxins, and promote suppleness of the facial muscles. Increasing muscle tone will provide you with a Natural Lift, making you feel and look great!
The treatment can also help to reduce tension headaches, eye strain, reduce lines, increased flexibility in facial muscles, alertness and improved skin complexion.
The results are amazing and in some cases can be noticed straight away. Each session lasts approx. 45 mins and can be offered as a seperate treatment, or incorporated as part of the Full Body Massage.
Chris uses high quality facial creams for this treatment, providing extra benefits in their own right. As with the Full Body treatment, Chris will conduct a full consultation beforehand. The treatment will be carried out on a massage couch.
It is important that you do not wear any makeup/perfumes/aftershaves for this treatment, and all facial jewellery be removed if possible.
For longer term benefits, it is recommended that you try and have one session a week for 6-8 weeks, followed by monthly "maintenance" treatments.
Colon/Deep Organ
An extremely powerful treatment that focuses on your digestive system. This treatment involves a mixture of light and deep strokes over your abdomen, along with energy work across the accupressure points in the face and stomach.
During the consulation, Chris will ask specific questions regarding your lifestlye centered around the foods you eat, and any digestive symptoms that you suffer from. Whilst this treatment is not a replacement for a balanced diet, it can certainly help to alleviate the symptoms of many digestive problems experienced in todays hectic lifestyle.
Many people find massage on the abdomen uncomfortable, but through focused breathing exercises and relaxation work that form part of this treatment, Chris will soon make you feel at ease.
The treatment can be offered either on its own or included as part of the Full Body Treatment.

Advanced Deep Tissue
Daily stresses, exercise, and general lifestlye "stuff" means that there are times when regular massage just can't get deep enough to break down that tension. Deep Tissue massage, as the name suggests, goes deeper into the stronger, deeper lying tissue, giving a much more powerful treatment.
It's fair to say that Deep Tissue isn't to everyones liking, some clients can find this depth of massage quite painful. The key to keeping this form of massage as pain free as possible is the speed in which Chris works. To get deeper, you have to go slower, and not rely on the use of hands. Chris uses his forearms, elbows and even his feet to get to work on the tension in the deep tissues.
Deep Tissue massage can be very powerful and is incorporated as part of a Full Body treatment after the consultation to establish what your requirements are.
